Since this passed, mgmt been cutting locals in Portland subdivision. Smart Union rep promoted buyout as good deal, said they may not cut any jobs. Meanwhile, still dealing with hordes of new hires. Where the F are they gonna work?! If you're young, give Uncle Pete a hard pass.
This should go down in history as the most disgraceful thing the union has ever negotiated. One time payment of chump change. the list goes on and on but I don’t want to rant and honestly I’m speechless. Absolutely d-mbfounding! Then again Jeremy Ferguson is a protected engineer at csx, so he can hide behind that seniority which hopefully is sooner than later.
