Rumors state that there is plan for Layoff in India and the local management is busily planning for employee retaining strategies. Note for the global management team: The system in India is very cleverly put out to corner the ground level employees. True fact is that the job cut is to be done in the incompetent management side. Respected Apollo team, kindly look into the manager and resource ratio and plan the cut accordingly. Wrong cut will just hurt poor end level employees and under qualified rodents will rejoice doing nothing. Heavens sake terminate the right rodents leave the committed employees in peace.
