If you are a Canadian employee with any amount of tenure and you are "exited" for anything other than something like theft or violence trust me you will get a severance and with a lawyer you will get more.

SBA missing top line and bottom line. No real relief on either this fiscal year. So exiting people via plans will be their strategy. Wayne & JG to JL they are all a case study in terrible leadership. simply, they have failed to understand that people are not machines, dashboards, systems, projects or things to be bullied. . If they were really leaders there would be excitement at all levels.

Complaining about a hybrid position??? I was laid off in June 2020 and been searching for a GOOD job ever since - in person/hybrid/remote! The competition is tough out here and remote jobs are scarce. Even the hybrid roles are hard to come by.

They aren't going to lay people off, they are going to "exit" them from the company, for policy violation, that means no severance, and technically they could be denied unemployment! HORRIBLE leadership right now!

Some departments forced back into office 3x a week. I’m sure many will disagree and leave the company. They will decrease workforce that way. Depending on how many leave will determine if they continue with layoffs
