digital is a complete disaster since the latest reorg in Jan…it’s going to require another reorg to sort out , or some top of the house leadership to implement as envisaged

As long as no engineers layoff, I would like to see a re-org inside digital. The uber head has hired people who don't have the domain knowledge or experience and never managed team of the current size or scope. The engineers suffer everyday and yet things are not efficient or not even done in the right way. I cannot share details in case i get identified, my department leader likes to show the power he has over people.

I’ve seen the model. We’re going to pay people only based on the hours they’re working agile. Those who are not agile will get paid about 0.5x their actual working hours. Those who are super agile will be paid 1.5x the hours they work, but because they are working so efficiently they are only expected to work 50% of the time.
Reorg does not necessarily mean massive layoffs. There are so many massively stupid organizational structures that have been put into place since reinvent (looking at you, line/activity). I am hoping.....no, praying that at least a few people in leadership recognize this and want to change.
