Great animation and launch!

Yeah, SpaceX now owns Space. Why is government wasting our tax money funding ULA?

Right, SpaceX now owns Space. The animation at the end of this recent 200th successful Falcon 9 landing clearly illustrates why:

Even if Starliner was successfully fielded, it would still ultimately be unsuccessful as SpaceX owns the lower space launch price point with their reusable rocket approach.

The first people they should put on this POS should be Calhoun and the Board of Directors, it would be a great way to build investor confidence in the future of the company

And they want to put people on it? Lmao. Boeing is a sinking ship. Anybody that’s been here for a long period of time see it. Next couple yrs, if that, when the last of the people retire who made this company what it was it’s lights out imho.

Yep, the only expertise Boeing has these days is hawking their stock. Surprised the financial institutions haven't figured out by now that more Boeing orders are detrimental as they can't deliver them for even close to what it costs them to build them. And then there are hidden manufacturing defects that will eventually cause more accidents.

Nothing wrong with diversity...diverse immigration is what made the US so capable in the past. But you need competent and hard-working diverse people. Boeing only has clueless inexperienced workers being led by corrupt, greedy and lazy nepos. Things will keep getting worse for Boeing but large institutions control their stock and that will remain high until the end is reached.

At least the team doing these stupid things have "diversity", meaning one white guy doing the work and the team bosses and others are not white.

No need to wonder what else has safety issues...everything Boeing manufacturers these days... You would not believe what gets tossed into fuel tanks by low life workers and known design defects that get hidden and never see the light of day until there is an accident investigation.

This Is Absurd, In The Extreme, even for an eighth grade science class.

Boeing engineers also discovered that the protective tape
covering the capsule’s wiring harness is flammable.
Nappi said there are hundreds of feet of this tape throughout the capsule.
To that end, Nappi has said the team is looking for solutions to mitigate damage
to the spacecraft that could result from removing all this tape.

They Did Not Know The Tape Was Flammable
What specs, what design
Whar brain did you get, abby normal

Also
Engineers discovered the “soft links” used on the suspension lines of the chutes
have a lower failure load limit than previously thought.
What specs, what design
What brain did you get, >> abby, abby somebody, abby normal
I’m sure that was it. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> WTF!!!

Hey, all of that aside I am sure their DEI adherence is number one
While the space craft is number two

777X will be next. How many failed projects before the government comes to realization that Boeing is just a nepo executive scam company?

Makes me wonder what other Boeing products besides the Starliner need to be grounded because of safety issues ?????????????????

When Boeing started purging workers when they moved to Charleston and had the design center in Moscow one of the first group they hit the hardest was BDS in the PNW. Because these were a lot of their oldest workers and their most experienced engineers.

They thought they could replace them with a bunch of nonunion engineers at other sites like Huntsville, Philadelphia. St. Louis etc.

Boeing did not want to retain their most experienced engineers and now they’re seeing the quality of engineering has dropped substantially.

Between this and the tanker and the red hawk trainer pretty obvious they needed more experienced people.
