With most work moved to QIPL, they don't share important information timely which end up me working late night. I have reported this to my current management multiple times and they say they are aware of this and working on this concern but again this gets repeated. What shall I do?

What is QIPL?
It appears that there may be plans to relocate job positions and departments to India. We should be concerned that this may lead to further layoffs?
