Let's play a fun game tomorrow and give your level P2, P3, etc and country and percentage of salary RSUS you get. Any bets ahead of time?

What % did Sr Director and Director level get?
"What level is Sr director?"
Typically an M6
What level is Sr director?
$250 your math is way off. It’s free money plus bonus and severance. VMware pays generously so hopefully people have been saving some of their fat paycheck. If not, then it’s lesson learned. It’s been over a year since the announcement and if people haven’t saved and are still unprepared… The gravy train always comes to an end, but it doesn’t mean you can’t find a new one. Play smart. Preparation is key.
If you earn $100000 pa it’s $250 a month gross. Not worth it?
P2, 21% of base paid over 7 payments between 1 Aug '23 to 1 Feb '25.
Fully paid out within 60 days if termination occurs earlier & not related to any severance.
P5 EMEA. No mail so far.
How about M5? Is that same as P6?
P4 USA 21% of base.
A note to those that may have missed this. If you are in Business Operations and we’re told in May there is no PEP cycle for you and instead you are getting cash retention or rsu’s then this is what this post is referring to. Today we got our letters of what the amount would be.
Odd. No RSU in EMEA P3 either.
Does AMER get RSUs only?
What’s the vesting schedule?
P6 no RSUs
Same here, roughly 21% at M3.
AMER P3 RSU amount comes out to 21% of salary
P2, 21% of base salary
Curious if it will be % salary, or % mid range salary based on Comp. ratio.
p3. never got a rsu yet
Dang. As someone in the same boat, may I suggest the person with the overly harsh response seek therapy why they still have company health insurance?
