Well, I didn't hear of any layoffs, and I am still here....

The org has created mistrust and paranoia resulting in smart people going out to explore other options. Now in addition to the ongoing layoffs and utter chaos created by se ding so much offshore, the resignations have started as people find better more stable options.
Any hints as to departments that will be affected in July?
I know for sure there will be notifications coming at the end of the month as we were required to submit our rankings, etc for cuts to be released at the end of July.
