Someone fact check/correct me. 3M has had 4 fatalities (2 employees, 2 contractors) in Tireman's short (no pun intended) tenure. Tireman says it's unacceptable & now we're going to do things HIS way.

Whose way were we doing it before when Tireman was in charge?

PS: plants are using salaried people to do hourly compliance & safety training for them.

These shadow roles should be glad to have collected 2 years of salary without doing anything significant AT the comfort of work from HOME.

Those individual contributors who are senior mgr, directors, etc would be worried as they are likely to be on PG shortlist
