Juding by who stays and who gets cut, it shows you how ineffective the entire HR process at Coupa was. Nobody at TB has a clue about who the important people are and all the decisions being made are about cutting high salary people. Sometimes this is a way to clear out dead-wood, but in this case, it's just about salary cutting. With no clear roadmap for the company TB is now shooting from the hip. If you are still there, run for the hills.

The homeboy running company did wonders with Anaplan... another garbage piece of software... can't wait to see the dumpster fire he produces here... good ole boy living in Wyoming definitely understands how to operate a software company... hah.. if you're still here, you should leave immediately, this place is doomed for failure... #twitter3.0
