Lack of leadership exists at all levels of this company. Not just at the top. One could conclude that lack of leadership at the top results in corruption of VPs and senior directors that can get away with it.

All other Tech with Indian CEOs and(or) 70% of Indian employees seem to be doing just great, including NVDA and AVGO. What's wrong here? Not an Indian CEO like Murthy or Sanjay Jha. You knew why Jacobs got rid of them.
