How is this helpful? 8500 people just lost their jobs this year with no warning. You realize it wasn't OUR fault that the company is failing, right?

I believe for the most part if you have a 3M applicant that was below Director level you likely have a good candidate. Keep in mind there are many good 3M employees asked to do stupid things by their bosses. I would give a 3Mer that wasn’t a Director or higher a chance. Anything above that job grade level I believe is a risk likely not worth taking.
