Who heard about this round on 6/10?

not to give too much credence to the FUD, but it still feels possible that there was talks of a RIF that dropped as conditions improved.
Interesting to see nothing posted by all the fear mongers here today.. The entire company got an email from Niraj this afternoon that said no riff. No reduction to the work force and our cost saving plans are putting us in a healthy spot.
Had a meeting with my depts L6 about 2 weeks ago. Someone bluntly asked if the rumors were true at all. He told us no, there's none expected. He's been a pretty trustworthy boss so, fingers crossed this is all just rumor.
Any more specifics on that (source, no. of employees affected, geographies, levels, etc.)? How does this square with the fact that KG said there will be no further RIFs?
You are off by 1 day, I heard it was June 9th.
August or September sounds more realistic after looking at the Q2 results and OpEx spending, but still before the vesting cycle in October.
June 10 is a Saturday…
Any proof or evidence for this?
