Yeah, the post does get deleted if it contains a lot of f-words - because it violates the site rules and guidelines.

Yeah, the post does get deleted if it contains personal insults - because it violates the site rules and guidelines.

Yeah, the post does get deleted if a non-public person is named (or initialed) - because it violates the site rules and guidelines.

Yeah, some posters can’t post for a while - because they got banned for violating the site rules over and over again.

You get the picture?

In short, posts don’t get deleted because 3M dislikes them or not, they get deleted for site rule violations.

Just one glance at the website’s latest posts section should tell you that it has numerous active forums, many of which are busier than our own.

All those people express their criticism towards their employers, and the only posts that are getting removed (you guessed it right) are those that violate the site's rules and guidelines.
