I'm trying not to care too much anymore and devote myself mostly to looking for a new job, but it's still frustrating how the leadership doesn't do anything to fix this mess.
Do they even know what they are doing? Have they totally lost control of this place?

The board is weak. That’s why. How can they think he’s the best person to lead?
It’s embarrassing. Geoffroy has been here for more than five years. Despite the PR team and their efforts to tell a great story he has yet to deliver anything close to consistent results. Why does the board keep him?
It's been that way since Karen Katz .. The only thing they care about is not the employees ..just the board and PR ..The supposed HR departments are filled with defective characters as well.
