HR is adopting a new approach by asking questions like:

"With whom are you communicating or which organizations are you considering?"

"Have you contemplated your reasons for staying here or are you questioning your commitment?"

Sounds like a wonderful place CHC has devolved into, sounds like trash merged with trash.. McKesson days were hands down the best.
