the move did NOT make any sense. to begin with HR is terrible joke! and the Mr. HR are politicians manulipating people and pitting one against another. we dont need people manilipuators we need leaders who actually know and can do the bloody job
The move made sense. HR is the best at managing people, and people are the company's greatest asset. Since we are the brightest people in LP then of course you bring in the expert HR person to lead the top assets of the company.
it was bad to begin and went to worse eversince they moved the HR guy to be in charge of the area. Seriously! they had no other place that would take and he could do any job. go figure. not kidding
