They want cut in pay and union benefits, if no automation. Focked that.

OT at my location is only for people the manager likes. If he doesn’t like you he’ll go out of his way to make sure you don’t get any OT. Local chairman allow it to happen.

They cut the OT soon after contract was done .Months ago. Later ot cut for priority 2,3 tickets. Ot only for #1 tickets now. No hurry now , we fix it tomorrow.
