OT at my location is only for people the manager likes. If he doesn’t like you he’ll go out of his way to make sure you don’t get any OT. Local chairman allow it to happen.
No OT? There's so much at West Colton they force guys to work it. Every Carmen there on track for a 6 figure income!!!!

They cut the OT soon after contract was done .Months ago. Later ot cut for priority 2,3 tickets. Ot only for #1 tickets now. No hurry now , we fix it tomorrow.
Management has to justify their raises and bonuses somehow.
