I keep hearing rumors about RIFs, but no one has any detailed insights. It makes me very anxious. Meanwhile, our boss has more unrealistic demands than ever, but who can be productive working in such a tense atmosphere?

I wish someone would RIF JJ. That woman is the most incompetent "professional" I've ever worked with. Her actions and inability to manage Safety is nearly negligible.
Sure, but it certainly is an expression of the environment that management has created at this company, which frankly is an abject failure on their part.
So this blog is usually somewhat accurate. However there are times posters just want to make you anxious. Take all posts as hearsay until confirmed. Come on
