He is toxic. It seems to me as someone who has only worked at 3M for less than 7 years the toxicity at 3M increased after Monish joined. It is okay now for senior leaders to yell at employees, berate them and more. Any senior leader with empathy left or retired. An empathetic leader is viewed as week at 3M.
I grew up in the Twin Cities. My family worked at 3M. Until recently I thought 3M was a great company. Sadly, any company that tolerates and even encourages abusive behavior by its senior leaders will fail. Toxicity is like a virus and 3M has been infected.
It's because he is Monishing to bed all over finance and is a tyrant mysoginst. They really need to ask all of the women that work I'm finance. It's not just the job cuts either, it is the lack of people skills. You would never get away with yelling at people like Monish to bed does in any other part of 3M. HR and Magic Mike love the guy because he turns on charm. He really is an evil b@stard.
