If this leadership would admit to their their mistakes so they can try to correct them, I would be more optimistic about Q. However, it is clear that they will never take responsibility for mistakes because of which this company is now stuck. Doesn't it sometimes seem that they are totally lost and don't know what they are doing?

Pay freeze and no bonuses?
I mean, the halls are still filled with misery, urns, shrines, expired patents, H1Bs, and failed projects.
Empty of what it takes to succeed and grow.
Leadership takes a special kind. To make the decision to be successful.
Here ot is what our executives do not get which to me seems very 9bvious but I guess for them might requires weeks of meditation. You either adopt the BRCM model in which case we need to reduce our R&D spending, cut 20,000 people, basically shut down entire units which are not proftable abd run a very lean operation like BRCM. If you need something, rely on acquisitions to fill the gaps. The other way is to be innovative, spend R&D money and be the first to the market and actually tell the market what they need, NVDA or AAPL style. But we are not doing neither of them. We are a bloated company which does something badly and in a hurry once someone else comes up with the idea like we did in UWB. We sat on our fat as--s till AAPL came up with something. So the bunch of high schooler drop outs who are our executive team should decide what kind of company we want to be. This weird thing isn't clearly working
Leadership and Q. An oxymoron.
Only the walls are left. With an empty core.
They have admitted to their mistake! Leadership hired a bunch of 3rd rate engineers with no talent and not an ounce of innovation in them…. So massive layoffs will follow to correct the error!
