So I’ve been a CAH for a lil over 9 months and I’m not being developed and the department I’m apart has no fn directions… does anyone have any insight on what’s going on? Has anyone else new to CAH experiencing the same thing?

I have never seen a company so disorganized.I was hired for one department and ended up in another department where no one communicates.They have training classes every 2 weeks because they obiviously can't keep anyone.Everyday you're finding out something that they won't tell you in training like if you work from home and if your internet goes down it will come out of your PTO time.That is a act of nature.If you run eligibility on a patient you better do it right the first time because Cardinal or their client will be charged but yet expect you to do whatever it takes to do your job or receive a bad score. Another department closed or outsourced to some other company and yet they are not being truthful about it. I spared myself and quit. They will lie the company is doing so well and positions keep being eliminated.
