BD posted in the last few weeks several contractor positions across different sites through MilleniumSoft (3rd party agency). Most of those jobs are operations, I know some of those roles are currently filled by full time (“permanent”) employees and I know some of them are not in need for more people. Is this some cost saving measure to replace full time employees with contractors?

Heard confidentiality to some degree FTE are going to be replaced by contingent workers. Not a fact. Wait a few weeks and will see if it's correct.
