Great companies like Apple & Nvidia reinvent themselves. Qualcomm does not have the leadership to do this. CA & JT should leave for the benefit of the company.

Our executives need to go and fast...they missed the AI train big time. The fact that CA is still in denial as of now in the hall hands means he is not the right person to steer the boat. We have a big problem here ..the inability of our executive team to admit they screwed it. The first part in succeeding is admitting you made a mistake. We are not ecen there yet...we need a number of activist investors pushing to fire our executive teams. This all hands does not give any confidence...actually to the opposite shows a delusional state of mind which is seriously concerning. We are better than NVDA folks...believe me...if this is not delusional I do not know what it is. CA needs ckearly to go.
QCA also has too many principal managers, principal engineers, and senior staff managers, senior staff engineers. Why not move to low cost places? At least the same title gets paid less comparing to Bay Area.
QCA has to many VPs and Senior Directors .Everyone working in the organization knows it. Still no one is let go. As a stock holder and an employee its our duty to highlight this issue at the All hands meeting. Reduce the VP and Senior director count by 70% and still I bet there would be any change in the productivity of the company. Look at Meta, Google and other companies - senior director means something, they lead teams of hundred of people . In QCOM we have senior directors and VP with no reports and still they make very handsome salary and package. This has to be changed for QCA to survive and even QCOM to survive otherwise we are only few days away when QCOM stock will be trading at $50
Q have managers don't do any work specifically in QCA. They should let go.
They will not resign or stepdown because it will ruin their career. So, they will ruin everyone's career until they are taken down. Board doesn't look like bothered. I have no idea why, there must be some corruption under the table. Qualcomm is known for highest level of corruption . This is the talk on the street.

Capital Nvidia gained today AHs, is way more than the entire Market Capital of QCOM. Let that sink in.
