Challenge with survey is answering questions based on direct management versus answering based on executives’ vision/direction. My manager is fine, doing best they can in light of challenges… top levels are steering the ship in the old direction in many cases and that’s the icebergs we are hitting.

@xin - It is more like turbriskafil... Yes, fill out your surveys honestly so HR knows exactly who is dissatisfied so they can add you to the layoff next list. If Intel management knew how to fix their problems don't you think they would have done so already? It is a cesspool for a reason and a survey isn't going to fix it. The surveys happen every year and change nothing significant.

INTC is the Turducken of a dying company: Inept Management on all levels stuffed with a toxic work environment stuffed with zero ability to execute to plan and roadmap. Yep, really delcious and I'm sure customers and investors are all lined up to get a plateful of this!
