Everything, and I'm talking about every single thing, was just plain awful. The work environment was toxic with a capital T. Constant backstabbing and high-school politics are an everyday occurrence. Not to mention, I got so much work piled on our plates that it felt like I was drowning. I've been gone for a month and I already feel ten times better. Run, don't walk from this place!

SUPER THRILLED to be working 12-16 hours over this Wellness Day and holiday 4-day weekend, because Teradata maintains toxic C-suite execs and their VP BFFs — who will not listen to the people who actually DO the work when they push back on their arbitrary BS deadlines that directly impact a few dozen of their colleagues’ ability to take a holiday weekend.
