H1B's - Its time to return back

Its time to take a decision for return back or stay. People who worked for outsourcing companies are settled down than who studied here and worked for Meta for long time.
You are not going to get GreenCard, Citizenship or Plan a settlement here for next 3-5 years. Given the conditions Its going to take time for a normal settlement.
We wasted our years working for useless management.

The options are ...

  • Its time to spend some time for starting your company/business at home.
  • Work from India or another country for 1+ year and return on EB1 category
  • Move to other country projects inside Meta
  • Moonlighting

Keep licking your managers boots
Its time to wake up and plan a non-slavery option for your younger generation and family.

Managers from India are also obsessed with increasing their head count, which explains why so many companies over hired in the last 3 years. It has something to do with the caste system, which they talk about if you listen into their conversations. Lots of brahmins here apparently.

The biggest problem with job market today is Indian managers who most of them were on H1b at one point only hire Indians. It has been going on from some time, but it got worst. They are firing non-Indian workers and brining in their people. I am not sure how they are openly discriminating and getting away? That is affecting companies.

There are lots of loopholes to keep H1Bs here. Many have kids born here hoping to stay through them after they grown up.

I once drove through an apartment complex in Seattle with approximately 600 units. I counted only 4 whites and 2 Asians among several hundred kids when the school bus arrived--the rest were all Indians.

When you drive around Microsoft you feel as if you are in Bangalore.
