Everyone at 3M should know what's going to happen now.
I have called it since day 1 of moonish.
They are going to scrape and cut until there is just the bones of 3M, then they are going to sell off the parts. If you are in any sort of support role MT, sales, .... anything that isn't directly touching a product your going to be cut.

You might as well quite quit and start looking for jobs. It's NOT going to get better. They are getting the company ready to dissolve. Yes 3M can fail, yes a conglomerate this size can and will dissolve.
Monish has zero creativity in his small brain so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that he is doing the same thing he did at GE here but unlike GE, 3M has enough lawsuits to bury itself.
