Omg … META didn’t have enough money to payoffs the media or the state of California and was forced to file WARN Act today! But yet Qualcomm still has not filed WARn act for the massive layoffs that happens on the 17th! Too many Qualcomm workers smoke weed and make up alternative universes in their heads!

Please stop responding to people who do dr-gs. Just believe him! Yes, Qualcomm paid off media to write no stories about layoffs! Yes, Qualcomm is not required to follow state or federal law and give 60 days notice of layoffs! You are correct and everyone better listen….. enough said! Do not try to reason with mentally ill people - just show how mentally ill you are
Qualcomm did file a WARN act. The CA WARN act database lags by 1-2 weeks. The last 2 layoffs did not show up in this database for about 10 days.
Not only is Meta WARN act filed. It has made the headline news. Just say no to dr-gs

I checked the latest CA warn notice list and I didn’t see Meta’s layoff today there. The last record is Wells Fargo notice back to May 22. It’s weird that till today, we haven’t seen Q’s notice published.
You are one of the people that smoke! WARN stands for Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification. The whole idea of the act is that people are given a 60 day notice that they are being let go! It is required by law to give the 60 day notice. The act has to be filed the 1st day of notice! Please read the law and stop making up laws in your mind! At least Qualcomm can say Mental illness is not a reason to not hire someone
This is some atrocious thought process, we should really force you to go back to school OP
If the last day is 28th July, then 60 days from that is the 28th of this month, and that's the last day they can file warn. Why would they file it now beforehand?
For all you clowns out there, do you really think Q has any incentive not to file WARN if it's required by law? 5% cost reduction was already announced in last earnings call. If the laid of number exceeds the warn threshold then it would have been filed.
