"If they’re cheap how do you explain them buying up all of the good real estate in the last 10-15 years?"

First of all, they buy a condo here and there and for them it is "all the good real estate". I would say they buy 0.001% of real estate in US if that is "all the good real estate" then I don't know what to say. And even if they are buying "all the good real estate" that means most of them are fraud. A person needs at least 10 years of experience to get 100K job and 20 years of experience to get 200K but with fake resumes, experience, reference and help of Indian managers they are getting into companies. They are doing widespread employment fraud.

"Perfect. It's no longer necessary to pay top $ for tech labor, which is 100% commoditized now."

Most of them are unskilled though with fake resumes. It is not about cheap labor anymore, it is fraud.

The big companies will send as many jobs as they can to India because they already have established money making engines, but startups will keep jobs onshore. This is because of a combination of need to iterate fast and because there is no innovation coming out of India. China is a better alternative, but because of geopolitical tensions, it will be discouraged or stopped.

H1B was the past. Now they are moving the jobs to their overseas offices and offshoring labor entirely. IBM, Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc. are ahead of the game. Meta will soon follow.

"False, USCIS is already limiting the # of H1b visas issues to American companies. Many H1Bs are being laid off at Meta and have already moved back to their home countries."

Lie, there are close to a million H1bs and H4s are there in US. Mostly low skilled.

"They are country builders."
Which country? lol
USA.

Why couldn't they build their own country?
No capital."

Working for ticktack, facebook, twitter websites doesn't build a country. H1bs program is there from past 20 odd years and this nation is around from past 400 years. You didn't build no country, your country didn't have jobs, so you came here. If all H1bs got up and left, nothing will happen to US.
