Stock is 52 weeks low, employees fired, executives and directors get millions in reward and keep quiet.
Time for employees to strike. If we don’t provide support to customers across teams for a single day, executives will submit to our demands.

This is literally the most mo--nic idea ever posted on this stupid forum.
CEO and CFO will f**k you and qualcomm.
Don't worry CEO and CFO has a game plan to pump up the stock soon, now that the layoffs are over. Stay the course.. one day we will beat NVDIA :-)
Yeah Market fluctuates in favor of AMD, NVDA, APPLE, MSI, SNPS and all other semis except it is against QCOM lol, what a fluctuation lol. We are getting pay cuts left and right. First come back to office 4 days a week (pay for the gas, commute time, lunch and etc) now your Stock part of compensation is down 50% lol. Great company.
Markets fluctuate is an utterly arrogant excuse, you don’t think management has been dismal and been manipulating us?
This is a bad idea.
- An unexcused absence is grounds for dismissal.
- Markets fluctuate. I'm sure people weren't complaining when the stock was at an all-time high.
- Depending on jurisdiction, there may be legal processes that must be followed before an organized strike action.
- Striking as a non-union member singles you out to management...enjoy your next AR.
Everyone owns lots of QCOM stocks from ESPP.. So many deadwood employees are still walking around, because they know someone higher up...
