We really got fooled hiring this mo--n. Knows nothing about manufacturing with any type of complexity. He brewed coffee and sold tires. Let that sink in. He sold tires, didn’t even make them. He took the best part of our culture and destroyed it in a little over a year.
A sign of festering immaturity is when a new "leader" (using that term loosely) is so worried that the team he inherited is incompetent or out to undermine him is to discredit them privately while bringing in loyalists (buttkissers) from the outside.

Half of Tireman team is already hired from outside 3M. Soon it will be 80% new. He simply doesn't value the old 3Mers.
Executives hired from outside will always hire there own people from outside.
Why would you risk hiring a disgruntled internal employee?
They must have updated the template from "excited" to "delighted." It is all so fake....

Better off not making these tone deaf announcements of cronyism added when thousands of people are being terminated. Hiring freezes for thee not for me from Wee Pete. He isn't just small in stature he has a pea brain and phony empathy. Have another Scotch Wee man, and toast to your contribution to 3M's demise and tombstone.

Because he is absolutely clueless but needs to think people think he is smart so he hires yes men to surround himself.
His picks have been real winners already. The entire SIBG LVS team in EMEA was fired yesterday to pay for the ´Kelly’ grad with no-name automotive experience. Tireman needs to be the next to be fired.
