The people who leave by "natural attrition" are your better employees that u dont want to lose. This coupled with QCOM cutting in most cases the wrong people gets you where you are at....poor performance, weak exec team, apathy, fat, stock in free fall....but hey come in 5 days a week, watch your co-workers get walked out, get compensated less, and watch your execs pull out in their ferraris....
The best of the best VPs know to spread these layoff rumors far and fast -- pumping up "natural attrition" to all time highs!
