ELT is looking to hire back a number of people but why would anyone want to come back to this place? What has changed? It´s the same group of arrogant people that no one trust or respect.
Some have made a sport of leaving and returning multiple times, what does that tell us? it´s whatever get dangled in front of them ...
No one is judging ... everyone has different circumstances and need to make best decision for themselves but one has to wonder how desperate for one to lack self respect and swallow much pride to come back and be subjugated to these people.
People that come back usually don´t stay long and are targets for next layoffs. Hopefully the short term compensation and safe haven until new harbor is found is worth it.
