Pretty much any new hires have been contractors least on support side, most of product looks to been ported to genpact or I dia for any immediate hires.
It'd be great for interns! They could learn firsthand what kind of company to NOT work for. See what a mismanaged, dysfunctional company who doesn’t care about employees is like so they can go work for a good company with morals, values and respect for employees.
I don't think they are planning any new hiring amid layoffs. Mostly outsourcing projects to India and Genpact
Interning at CDK will teach you to work for the competitor so that’s a smart move.
They are hiring for summer 23 interns. Not sure about new grad.
