For ACN-USA, how can you find what the severance package will be? What is the severance normally? How long can you be on the bench before they try to severance you?

Will they even need more layoffs? Two on my team quit this week because of the uncertainty. Looks like a lot are leaving in their own.
I was on the bench for 6 months once, found the project and survived… i did a ton of proposals and helped several partners… i was an analyst at the time… the start of the six month period coincided with the end of a major round of layoffs, so that helped me as they were less blood thirsty after they sacked a good chunk of folks that were on the bench

Your ejection seat can activate anytime you're on the bench. Once you get a meeting with your boss' boss and you see the HR girl come into the meeting as well, you'll know.
