ELT had the gall to gloat on earnings derived from multiple layoffs, declining revenue, and fewer new customers. While many posters are expressing frustration of a workplace that ignore them and helping their peers to cope and transition, ELT and their supporters often engaged to suppress and discredit. This was apparent in a now deleted post, calling out many posters of this board in derogatory terms after earnings.
No doubt they were coached to tone it down, post deleted, and now taking passive aggressive approach.
This management team is arrogant and the culture at this place reflects it. This is why this is a toxic place where there will never be trust or respect for this management.
The squeeze on expenses and continued migration is not sustainable and this place will have more layoffs so the ELT can line their pockets and gloat.
