It is now estimated 23% of employees have fake degree claims on there resume.

Should the management now do a audit check on employees educational claims ?

Of course resume is a fugazi. How else could I pay 3 semesters of student loans on a sub par salary - and I don’t even get internet reimbursement for working at home in Pearland.

Dear Shaniqua, rest assured that we are a diverse and inclusive company and that we are scared shitless to be perceived as discriminating towards our beloved minorities. As a valued member of our (LGBTQ+++)^2 community, we think that you/he/him/she/her/it/its/they/them/other/other (please select most appropriate pronoun) should not be discriminated against for your fake credentials. As it happens, in order to reach our diversity quota, your black, chinese and transgender background combo is exactly what we need at upper management and executive level. If you wish to apply for a positions at that level we can guarantee you will get it no matter what your qualification level (true or fake) is. And if this all a sham to keep your job, we would warmly suggest to go through with you plan for yours and ours benefit. Regards

Oh Chit, as soon as they bust me for my fake credentials including my fake degrees, fake H1B Visa, etc. I plant on identifying as a transgender black Chinese female named Shaniqua Wong.

Like I've always said.......not my monkeys & not my circus!

Our objective for this year is to beat SCH. Maria too said that there is no reason why we have to remain number 3 so it's really up to all of us and we can do it, right? One way to achieve our objective could be to identify fake degrees and lower their pay keeping them on a job requiring higher qualifications. That will bring about a big saving for sure and increase our competitiveness. After all these guys have already been doing the job for years and are already "trained on the job" so why remove them? Better to leverage a saving in this case. If they then don't accept the proposal and want to leave we can always fire them for cause first. Why don't we do that?

Lets be honest, when we advertise for associates degree qualifications for positions we have created (i.e. firing competent staff for cheaper, un-trained ones), we might miss the fact we hired people at senior level with higher educational qualifications from questionable acedemic Establishments. Anyway we will surely catch up with HAL and SCH at some point this century.

Is there a connection between fake degrees and HB1 visas ?

You mean H1B? Thanks for self-identifying.
