I hope things have improved there to much buddy buddy between union and management some people have been there since it opened and think they control ever aspect of the hourly employees life .

I would advise anyone having problems at this facility to get a free consultation from a qualified local employment lawyer also if you are a union employee not receiving proper representation to please call your nearest National Labor Relations Board.

Its not so bad once you know who the rats are.
I was stuck at that place for a short while when I was layed off from Evendale. I hope I don't ever have to go back. To much like a non union GE. The people are very nosey and want to know all your business.
