I assume I will get chopped at the neck here soon. Risk adjustment operations team. With the 2024 advanced notice and model changes I know it’s only a matter of time before RA efforts all get scaled back, not to mention the economy collapsing under our feet.

Use your PTO since it is granted not earned. No guarantee you will get a dime for it in a package.
One week per year of service, but they may or may not pay you for your last year dependent on hire date and layoff date. So ex. I’ve been there 20 years, I may get 19 weeks of severance. Possible you may get one week also if you have a weeks worth of pto. But that’s not a guarantee. Don’t leave money on the table. Wait for the lay off and move on. You all have talent and an education. You will be ok.
It’s on sparq. Basically one week per year of service
It’s based on a matrix of GL and years of service. I don’t think it’s on Sparq, but anyone who got laid off (me) has this matrix. Tell me your GL and how many years you have been there and I can look it up,
You should be able to look up the severance schedule on sparq. I forget what it’s called. It’s based on your GL. Basically if you’re not at least a 29 you’re mostly screwed.
Assume at best you get a week per year of service. They'll do everything they can to avoid a WARN Act in order to sc--w you out of what's legally required. I got the axe last November and challenged it only to get a very lengthy letter from their legal staff denying any such thing. Best to start interviewing and lining up offers now and when you get the one you want, tell your boss to go ahead and put in the layoff for you.
