The amount of scope, responsibility and travel required is not even close to worth the salary they’re gonna pay. The upper part of the range is solid, but we all know what part of the range they’ll be starting folks. Looking at 1-2 of those roles per region.
Anyone who’s going to take that much responsibility and travel on, for that little pay, is only taking the job for the title and the power. And we all know how that goes.
