It's not that easy to find a new job, but it's even harder to stay in this misery of a company. How much of a raise would keep you here? The problem is not only the pay, it's also the general attitude towards the employees, which is why no raise would convince me to stay here anymore.

JNPR is trying to the employees that there is no choice but to stay because of the economy so they do not have to give raises and then layoff 20%.
Completely agree OP. Same boat. Terrible company that I have worked for. Incompetent leadership!
