Terrible. Awful. I’m a white male with a hearing problem that makes me disabled. A coworker (female) and their manager constantly teased me about it. I went to the warmline and it was abundantly clear that no action would be taken to protect a white male. I’m at a competitor of Intel’s now. They treat me well, and so do my Intel short plays.

Warmline only is valid for DEI hires. Go Woke in your hiring, Go Broke. Bridges are built using Math, not diversity and equity.

It was okay for me. I contacted them as a form of documentation when my former manager wasn’t being responsive while I was trying to transfer groups and had made comments indicating that he wasn’t happy I had interviewed without him knowing. That manager had good technical skills, but seemed like one of those managers who stopped just short of saying things that would get him reported to HR. There were issues in the group that he was aware of, but did nothing about.
