Looking around the office, rough guess impact was rather limited as regular workday yesterday for most teams unlike the 2014.

My guess would be 5% now and 5+% after the next AR cycle once they have the numbers to justify letting more 1s and 2s go.

It's definitely group dependent. My VP said that we had enough volunteers that no one was let go this round. If you didn't have enough volunteers, then people get laid off.
