Just what they need... more executives. Now that ought to make things better. Why didn't we think of this before? lol. Hopefully THIS executive lays off 90% of the other executives. This is the REAL problem. But then, execs rarely will admit that the problem is them.

Messy middle - the last round of layoffs hit alot of key roles/knowledge workers. There is also a recently hired executive handling transformation. No doubt more changes to come.
