Unfortunately was not layoff day. This was the PIP expulsion eviction day only.
So what's wrong with the CEO? Why would he not announce his pay cut and layoffs on the wall street? Calls should print very soon 10000%.

Heard accounting took a big hit, 30 day notice and severance.. jobs going to India .. hate to see US jobs go away

Last day of work is May 24th, but impacted individuals remain on the payroll until July. That means No WARN Notice!
Yes, there were layoffs yesterday. ~5% of total company, but much greater in the mobile BU and the U.S. No impact to India. Mobile BU impact is greatest.

They don't really have to file WARN if they comfortable paying for all the consequential liabilities (60 days of pay for affected employees) which probably is already covered by the severance packages
Check the latest list. Warn filings are usually delayed by a week or so, maybe some bureaucracy involved?

There were layoffs. But anecdotally more in line with the numbers stated in the last earnings call. Not to the extent drummed up on this website.
