That's what BDC is for, baby.
It's all about cheap skilled labor. Period. Engineering skills of 10 years ago is a commodity now like 50 pound bag of rice at village market.
How ironic. For years I've heard that H1B workers are needed because American workers in IT are not smart enough and don't "upskill" to stay marketable. But now, existing "high skilled" H1B workers are getting laid off and replaced by fresh H1B workers. This cycle works well for the c-suite, not so much for the rest of us.
In 20 years, americans will be crying and wondering how their technology leadership all got outsourced to inndia. Just like they are crying about chhina just now.
