The policy is out there. It’s correlated with your salary grade and how long you’ve been with the company. Definitely cross check and make sure they are giving you what you’re owed.
Severance is based on how many years you’ve been with the company. You get paid for x amount of weeks based on years of employment. There’s info on Sparq.
How long have you been with UHC?? There’s a chart that shows what it should be. 1-3 years is 3 weeks of pay I believe
