Not true that all officially remote workers were impacted, but don’t worry, I am told they will be within the next few quarters as all employees are called back to office.

For all remote comments, company is not a democratic enterprise, if ceo says 4 days you come to office 4 days period. If you have issues, you and those remote team go somewhere else, Qualcomm will do fine without you

Recently there are some strange faces showed up in our office, and managers told us these are remote employees who have no assigned offices. But these people come every day. I guess there are some changes in Q’s remote work policy.

Completely false. Many of the remote workers are among the most productive on my team.

We have plenty of H1Bs who are in the office and just walk from meetings to the snack room and back for 8 hours
