G9, Software org. Haven't been communicated anything (yet) but expect to get enough to finally finish papering over the cubicle walls with it.

@zke+1mFqP4RI they didn't say SPP. You know dxxx well a 56 MET does not get 4k in RSU's, even if you add that up yearly you're not getting anything close to that.

DEI didn't get any more budget unless your manager decided to allocate it like that
If anything, DEI is suffering across the industry, bring disproportionately let go more because they're often in less technical or less critical roles

More interesting is comparing DEI employees RSU count vs non-DEI. Dig into it, you might be shocked at this.

@vqo, are you serious ? Is it just me or that number looks outrageously high for grade 8 ? Even grade 10 are not getting that kind of RSU.
